Job Description
Responsibilities
- Optimising listings for conversion and ranking
- Developing and executing PPC strategies
- Driving organic keyword growth
- Improving key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, sales)
- Identifying and executing high-impact growth opportunities
- Listing audit and optimisation for conversion and visibility
- Strategic development of A+ content and product messaging
- Direction for image improvements (where required)
- PPC setup, management, and optimisation
- Keyword strategy and ranking improvements
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive measurable results on Amazon
- Strong understanding of PPC (ACOS, CTR, CVR)
- Experience improving listings for conversion and visibility
- Ability to analyse data and take decisive action
- Commercial mindset focused on profit and growth
- Confidence working with accountability and performance targets
- Demonstrated experience improving Amazon performance (sales, conversion, or ranking)
- Strong analytical ability with a focus on actionable insights
- Experience managing or optimising PPC campaigns
- Ability to identify and prioritise high-impact actions
Preferred
- Experience within health, wellness, or supplement categories
- Experience working on the Amazon USA marketplace
- Experience in performance-based or growth-focused roles
Compensation
- We offer a minimum base fee combined with performance-based incentives.
- Initial phase: structured base + performance model
- Clear KPIs and expectations from day one
- Full review and renegotiation after 90 days based on results
