Job Summary

Own and optimize Amazon seller/vendor operations to maximize ROAS, search visibility, and compliance across listings, ads, and pricing while turning data into action for growth.

  • Account Management: Manage Seller Central/Vendor Central, monitor inventory, pricing, and unauthorized resellers to protect channel integrity.
  • Optimization & Advertising: Lead Amazon SEO, listing optimization, keyword research, and PPC campaigns to lift conversions and ACoS.
  • Insights & Compliance: Analyze sales and ad data to drive actionable strategies and troubleshoot policy issues with Amazon support.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
  • Conduct keyword research, listing optimization, and competitor analysis to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Optimize Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns to drive efficient performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and unauthorized resellers, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Analyze sales data, advertising reports, and customer insights to develop actionable strategies.
  • Stay up to date on Amazon algorithm updates, policies, and industry trends to keep our clients ahead of the competition.
  • Troubleshoot account issues, listing suppressions, and policy violations while working with Amazon support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (PPC) and a track record of improving ROAS.
  • Proficiency with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.
  • You’re nimble, eager to grow and continuously seek feedback to learn and develop.
  • You are able to build bonds with your team members and wear multiple hats to help each other whenever needed.
