Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing funnel by building, deploying, and optimizing landing pages, content, and AI-driven outbound campaigns, with real-time tracking and public-facing results.

  • End-to-end funnel ownership: build, deploy, measure, and iterate on pages, content, and campaigns.
  • AI-first execution: ship pages, automations, and assets using Claude Code to speed delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a hands-on-keyboard marketing role, not a strategy role. You will not make decks about funnels. You will build the funnel, fill it, and run it. You own the work end to end: write it, design it, ship it, measure it, fix it.
  • You'll use Claude Code (or similar) as your primary tool, the same way our founder and our engineers do, to build landing pages, wire up automations, spin up campaigns, and ship assets without waiting on anyone.
  • What you'd ship in your first month: a landing page or site change you build and deploy yourself; content that actually goes out the door: LinkedIn posts, case studies, short-form video cut from real client work; outbound campaigns you build and run end to end (cold email, LinkedIn outreach) with AI doing the heavy lifting; the plumbing behind it: tracking, a simple analytics dashboard, lead capture wired into our process, automations that run without you babysitting them.
  • You're comfortable with the work being real and public, fast. What you make represents the company the day it goes live.

Requirements

  • You build and execute with Claude Code (or Cursor, Codex, similar) every day and use AI across the whole stack: copy, design, video, automation, analytics.
  • You're technical enough to be dangerous on your own. You can stand up and deploy a landing page, wire an automation, read the numbers, edit HTML and CSS, and set up tracking without a developer holding your hand.

Preferred

  • A brand you grew, a newsletter, a channel, scrappy marketing experiments, weird personal projects all count 10x more than a degree.
