Responsibilities

• Partnership & Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of partner and industry events
• Partnership & Event Support: Help manage event logistics, vendor communication, and post-event follow-ups
• Partnership & Event Support: Track deliverables, timelines, and outcomes from partner activations
• Email Marketing: Build and schedule marketing emails in platforms like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign
• Email Marketing: Support in creating and optimizing nurture and drip campaigns, using AI to personalize messaging and improve performance
• Email Marketing: Track email performance metrics and report insights
• Sales Enablement Materials: Collaborate on the development and design of sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies
• Sales Enablement Materials: Ensure materials are aligned with brand messaging and updated regularly
• Sales Enablement Materials: Coordinate feedback between sales and marketing teams
• AI-Powered Marketing Operations: Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Make/n8n) to automate repetitive marketing workflows—content tagging, campaign reporting, brief generation, and creative analysis

Requirements

• 1–5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations
• Passionate about marketing, digital trends, and the creator economy
• Genuinely enthusiastic about AI and automation—you’re already using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in your daily work
• Detail-oriented, with strong project management and multitasking skills
• A strong writer and communicator who isn’t afraid to take initiative
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and campaign metrics
• Entrepreneurial energy—you thrive in fast-moving environments where you’re building processes, not just following them
• Based in Los Angeles and excited to work in-office

Preferred

• Familiarity with tools like Google Slides, Canva, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Ads is a plus
• Bonus: Experience with Python, SQL, AirTable, Make/n8n, or dashboarding tools
