AI Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Keep marketing moving. Coordinate everyday client marketing activities, campaigns, schedules, and deliverables.
• Put AI to work. Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to research, brainstorm, organize, draft, and improve marketing work.
• Manage the marketing machinery. Help with email campaigns, CRM platforms like HubSpot, contact lists, marketing automation, and reporting.
• Support content and social media. Assist with content calendars, social publishing, newsletters, website updates, and campaign execution.
• Pay attention to the numbers. Track campaign performance, spot trends, and help turn marketing data into useful insights.
• Keep clients happy. Help our team stay organized, communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and deliver work we’re proud of.

Requirements

• Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using them to do better work.
• Basic experience with digital marketing, social media, email platforms, or CRM systems.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A willingness to learn, experiment, take responsibility, and occasionally laugh at yourself.

Preferred

• Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or marketing automation is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
