Writes, presents, and communicates in a polished, articulate, and persuasive manner across all mediums, internally and externally
Listens well, building relationships internally and externally through respect and responsiveness
Begins to learn and understand the agency business model, structure, and offerings, and how they come together in service of a client partner's business needs
Communicates well with internal colleagues to explain creative ideas and respond to questions or concerns
Actively participates in creative ideation for digital & social content, event activations, brand identity systems, print materials, and other campaign elements
Partners effectively with others to uphold diversity of thought, integration, and collaboration across disciplines
Works to refine ideas into fully integrated program concepts that drive business impact and deliver against defined objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in advertising, English, journalism, communications or related field and/or equivalent work experience
1+ years prior experience in a creative, advertising, or marketing agency setting, inclusive of internships
A strong portfolio or writing samples demonstrating range across brand voice and tone
Active on social media and knowledgeable about the latest platforms and content trends
Interested in the impact brand marketing can have on various segments of culture
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and time-management
Writes in a clear, articulate, and persuasive manner, adapting voice and tone across platforms, including social media
