Job Summary

Own and scale the affiliate program end to end, from recruitment and onboarding to creative support, reporting, and optimization, while maintaining compliance and driving new customers.

  • Drive recruitment and relationships with health, fitness, wellness, or longevity partners
  • Deliver measurable new customer growth through offers, codes, and proactive program management

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new affiliates: creators, review sites, coaches, communities, newsletters and content publishers.
  • Hold weekly calls with our affiliates to plan promotions, share what's working and fix problems fast.
  • Bring inactive affiliates back and help our top partners grow.
  • Run the program day to day: onboarding, links and codes, payouts and reporting.
  • Give affiliates what they need to sell: offers, creative, product information and fast answers.
  • Be the team's eyes and ears on our affiliate app: collect what affiliates run into, report bugs and ideas to the team, and help make the app better every week.
  • Keep every partner compliant. That means no health, medical or dosing claims, and every product presented for research use only.
  • Report weekly on new customers from affiliates, top partners and what you’re changing next.

Requirements

  • A serious network you bring with you. Creators, influencers, review sites, coaches, communities and newsletters in health, fitness, wellness or longevity who already know you and pick up when you call.
  • 5+ years in affiliate or partner marketing, including at least one program you built or scaled from early stage into seven figures.
  • A track record of recruiting affiliates yourself, not inheriting them.
  • Experience in research compounds, supplements, health and wellness, nutraceuticals or another regulated or high-risk vertical.
  • Comfort with numbers. You judge partners by the new customers they bring, not by clicks or sign-ups.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as GoAffPro, Refersion, Impact or similar.
  • Based in the US. Works independently and moves fast.
