Responsibilities

Create high-converting creative briefs for our paid media channels
Translate product features into emotional + functional benefits
Identify buyer objections and build ads that neutralize them
Research competitor ads and outperform them
Translate trends in interior design into ad concepts
Curate Pinterest boards + mood boards for campaigns
QC designers to ensure ads are brand aligned
Test, iterate, scale 50+ concepts/week

Requirements

3+ years in DTC ecommerce creative strategy
Deep understanding of hooks, objections, AOV, CVR, LTV
Strong aesthetic judgment (you follow interior designers)

Preferred

Obsessive attention to layout, typography, lighting, and visual tone
