Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions process from inquiry to move-in
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners
• Conduct tours and effectively present the community’s services and value
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive census growth
• Coordinate outreach events, networking, and community engagement initiatives
• Track leads, maintain CRM systems, and analyze conversion metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure a seamless resident transition and positive experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in admissions, marketing, or sales in Assisted Living, SNF, or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed census goals
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Passion for working with seniors and their families
