Looking to grow your career in events, recruiting, and administration? We’re hiring an energetic and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our fast-growing team in Orange, CA.

This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and excited to grow professionally. You’ll work closely with our Events Team and main office administrator, helping coordinate local retail and community events while also supporting recruiting and day-to-day office operations.

No two days are the same in this position — we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive attitude to everything they do.

Responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses and retail locations to coordinate local events
  • Help organize and manage retail and community event logistics
  • Assist with event scheduling, applications, permits, and materials
  • Support recruiting efforts by screening candidates, making follow-up calls, and scheduling interviews
  • Assist the main administrator with daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized spreadsheets, calendars, records, and contact lists
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, event contacts, vendors, and applicants
  • Professionally represent our nonprofit campaigns and event initiatives

  • Previous customer service, recruiting, administrative, or phone-based experience is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Compensation:

$18–$20/hour depending on experience
