Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As the operational heartbeat of our Media Sales team, you ensure that hundreds of linear and digital advertising campaigns reach their audiences with perfect precision.
  • Enter order details, targeting parameters, and ad insertion instructions into management systems for addressable campaigns on Dish and Sling.
  • Execute rigorous quality assurance on campaign setups to ensure content airs and bills accurately, directly preventing revenue loss.
  • Manage advertising inventory and in-flight delivery across diverse networks and audiences to maximize revenue and meet advertiser goals.
  • Identify and resolve technical execution issues by collaborating with engineering, finance, and IT teams to troubleshoot performance gaps.
  • Recommend operational workflow enhancements and help instill best practices for campaign management across the Advertising Operations team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or two years of related experience and training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in advertising operations, media sales support, or high-volume data entry.
  • Must have experience with: Order management or traffic software systems.
  • Professional stakeholder communication.
  • Executing tasks under tight, live-air deadlines.
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of high-volume advertising campaigns in a fast-paced media or broadcast environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under aggressive production timelines.
  • Mastery of written and verbal communication used to translate technical execution issues into actionable updates for sales teams.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex operating systems and traffic software platforms such as WideOrbit, OSI, or similar broadcast tools.
  • Strong analytical skills used to investigate performance discrepancies and drive technical resolutions with cross-functional partners.

Preferred

  • Industry experience with broadcast software tools like Decentrix, MediaOcean, Crossroad, or DealMaker.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, innovative team environment within the technology or media space.
