Job Description

Responsibilities

Thorough knowledge and understanding of core systems, workflows, flaws and workarounds, expected and unexpected behavior. Identify, investigate and correct issues related to campaign execution and performance; escalate and collaborate with other internal parties and vendors
Execute advanced reporting and data analysis across multiple platforms, utilizing a deep understanding of data sets to provide strategic recommendations
Support cross-functional initiatives by testing, documenting technical requirements, and providing data teams with specifications for new fields and tracking values
Build and maintain functional dashboards and monitoring tools to assist the team with pacing, QA, diagnostics, and ad-hoc reporting
Document technical procedures for new workflows and project launches, ensuring all process changes are clearly communicated and accessible to the team
Cultivate relationships internally and externally with Sales, Vendors, Ad Tech, Engineers, P&I, Data, Marketing, etc
Assist team with day to day responsibilities during high-volume periods, including order entry, targeting, QA, encoding, pacing, etc

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in a related field in ad ops (advertising operations), tech ops, publisher campaign management, TV company ad sales, agency or ad tech company
SQL experience a plus
Industry experience and familiarity with software and applications such as Decentrix, Freewheel, Tableau, Kibana, or other media platforms a plus
Professional written and verbal communication skills required
Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized with an ability to multi-task and execute under aggressive timelines
