Responsibilities

• Client Management & Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, managing workstreams, providing recommendations and helping execute communications programs across multiple accounts.
• Media Relations & Executive Visibility: Develop and execute earned media and executive visibility programs, including media outreach, thought leadership, spokesperson preparation and key communications moments.
• Technology Storytelling & Content Development: Translate complex technology and business topics into compelling narratives, messaging and communications materials that engage media, customers and other key audiences.
• Integrated Communications & Collaboration: Partner across digital, social, creator, analytics and other disciplines to support integrated programs and bring client strategies to life.
• Program & Account Management: Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables while coordinating across teams to ensure strong execution and client service.
• Team Leadership & Development: Support and mentor junior team members by providing clear direction, feedback and opportunities to build their skills.
• Business Growth & Agency Collaboration: Contribute to new business pitches and organic growth opportunities while bringing ideas that help strengthen Zeno's Technology capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology, brand or corporate communications, public relations or related fields within an agency or similar environment.
• Experience managing day-to-day client workstreams and contributing strategic communications recommendations.
• Strong understanding of earned media, executive visibility, thought leadership and integrated communications.
• Experience translating complex technology or business topics into clear and compelling stories for different audiences.
• Proven success building relationships with technology, business, trade or industry media and securing meaningful coverage.
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills, with experience developing messaging, media materials and client-facing recommendations.
• Strong project and account management skills, including experience managing timelines, budgets and multiple client priorities.
• Experience collaborating across integrated teams and communications disciplines.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively about client communications challenges and opportunities.

Preferred

• Experience supporting B2B, enterprise or consumer technology clients.
• Experience supporting product launches, executive visibility or thought leadership programs.
• Experience contributing to new business pitches or organic client growth.
• Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS or other emerging technology sectors.
