Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple workstreams
• Assist in managing project timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and other account documentation
• Partner with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, Project Management, Production, and Finance to keep projects moving forward
• Participate in client meetings and help ensure follow-up items are captured and completed
• Monitor project budgets, estimates, and billing processes alongside account leadership
• Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, brands, and marketplace dynamics
• Help maintain clear communication between clients, agency teams, and external partners
• Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials

Requirements

• Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in advertising, marketing, communications, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a client services/account management career path
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
