Job Description
Join Nectar as an Account Supervisor
Nectar is looking for an Account Supervisor who takes big swings, never stops leveling up, and makes the whole team better in the process.
We're a tight-knit, high-performing communications agency that shapes the stories of today's most disruptive technology companies including LinkedIn, Google Cloud, the world's biggest AI company (yes, that one), and a growing roster of breakout startups across AI, enterprise, and consumer. We punch above our weight because we show up with energy, urgency, and ambition, and because we hold each other to a genuinely high bar.
As an Account Supervisor, you’ll sit at the center of client relationships and team execution—guiding strategy, elevating work, and ensuring programs deliver meaningful results. If you’re energized by leadership, storytelling, and the evolving media landscape, this is your opportunity to do the best work of your career.
Nectarines are curious about where media and technology are headed, especially in this age of AI, and actively use that curiosity to think bigger and move faster. We collaborate without ego, communicate clearly, and take ownership from kickoff to follow-through.
If you're energized by tech, passionate about storytelling, and ready to do the best work of your career in an inclusive environment where your ideas actually matter, this is your place.
About You
You’re a strategic thinker and a doer—someone who can zoom out to shape big-picture programs while staying close enough to execution to ensure excellence. You bring a strong point of view, grounded in experience, and know how to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
You’re a trusted client partner who leads with confidence, communicates clearly, and anticipates needs before they arise. Internally, you’re a team leader—coaching junior staff, elevating deliverables, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
You’re deeply tapped into media, tech, and culture, with a sharp instinct for what makes a story land. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring energy to every interaction, and push teams (and yourself) to consistently raise the bar.
What You Do
A competitive compensation package, including:
Nectar Communications is committed to building a workplace rooted in equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by law.
