Job Summary

Own the orchestration of PR programs for healthcare clients, translating client needs into clear plans and communications while keeping senior stakeholders informed and projects moving smoothly.

  • PR planning and materials development with partners to shape key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios, and press releases.
  • On-site client support and frequent client interaction to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
  • Progress updates, analysis, and guidance to drive objective-driven PR plans and tactics across the engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials with guidance from Green Room partners and PR Managers, including key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios and press releases
  • Providing on-site support to clients when needed and interacts with the client frequently
  • Delivering an excellent level of client service by articulating client needs to senior managers, updating on project status and priorities and ensuring seamless workflow and communication among all team members
  • Implementing plans, provide thoughtful analysis, create and deliver updates and progress reports, as well as provide support as needed around development of PR plans outlining objectives, strategies and tactics

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of agency experience a must; training in communications, media or PR necessary
  • Experience in healthcare and FDA regulatory communications is crucial
  • Experience with external meetings and events representing the agency and client (medical conferences, third party events, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
  • A high level of initiative and leadership
  • Solution-oriented problem-solving approach to challenges
  • Solid work ethic with ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
