Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building lasting relationships and serving as a trusted strategic partner.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising objectives, strategize campaign goals, and propose effective podcast advertising solutions.
• Develop media recommendations and strategic plans to help clients scale podcast advertising as a performance channel.
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with podcast networks and publishers to identify and secure premium advertising opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver regular campaign reports and presentations to clients, showcasing campaign performance and ROI.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services or advertising opportunities to existing clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging podcast platforms to provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of account management experience, preferably within the digital advertising or media industry.
• Podcast advertising experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and campaign results to clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
• Proficiency with business and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Slack, Asana, and AI tools, is preferred.
• Passion for podcasts and digital media, with a keen interest in exploring innovative advertising solutions.
