Account Manager - Los Angeles-based

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients — keeping them happy, aligned, and confident in our work.
• Managing select integrated digital marketing campaigns across content strategy, social media, and search marketing.
• Optimizing campaign performance and pushing for the best possible client outcomes.
• Overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables , and coordinating closely with the production team to keep work on track and on budget.
• Coordinating with the production team , assigning and QAing work precisely, and achieving results on time and on budget.
• Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within your accounts.
• Supporting the Director of Client Services and staying current on industry trends and best practices.
• Staying informed on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative marketing solutions.
• Client Communication and Strategy (50%).
• - Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a strong relationship and high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services within an agency or marketing firm.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and project management software.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to identify opportunities for growth within accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to internal teamwork and client engagement.
