This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented, fast, and knows how to turn work into clean, polished deliverables.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building client-ready decks (campaign recaps, strategy decks, proposals)

• Pulling and organizing data into clear, easy-to-understand reports

• Supporting day-to-day client needs and communication

• Managing timelines, trackers, and deliverables across projects

• Coordinating across internal teams (PR, social, influencer, content)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing, agency, or account/project management

• Strong deck-building skills (Google Slides / Canva / Keynote)

• Ability to take rough inputs and turn them into polished outputs

• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics

• Highly organized and responsive

• Proactive—doesn’t wait to be told what to do
