About Us:

We are Lead Juice. For over 6 years, we have helped alternative/integrative medicine practice owners build better, profitable practices through systemized operations, training, marketing, and communication. LeadJuice started and refined its services working with chiropractic clinics. We are now expanding our services to include owners of other alternative/integrated medicine practices.

We are now expanding our Account Manager team (internally known as "Practice Advisors") and are seeking a client-facing Account Manager ("Practice Advisor") who can own relationships, lead strategy, oversee execution, and help clinic owners interpret the data behind their patient acquisition efforts.

About The Role:

Imagine facilitating and coordinating the digital marketing and social media needs of multiple clients in the alternative/integrative medicine space (such as chiropractic and pain relief clinics).

Your goal is to help our clients attract and retain patients who need to improve their health and want an alternative solution. Working with our digital marketing team and reporting to our Account Director, you are the one who communicates and oversees the entire marketing workflow and results for our clients.

This role begins with a structured 60-day onboarding and training period where you will work alongside the current Practice Advisors to gain full visibility into all client communication, internal workflows, and performance metrics. After successfully completing this onboarding, you will transition into full ownership of client accounts as a Practice Advisor.

Core Responsibilities

  • Set, monitor, and follow up on client project tasks via Asana
  • Communicate campaign performance and strategic insights to clients
  • Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to produce, refine, and launch campaigns
  • Report performance results and interpret implications for practice growth
  • Consult clients on operational improvements that support patient acquisition
  • Act as the strategic leader and point of accountability for client outcomes
  • Manage a portfolio of ~70 clinics representing ~$250,000 in book value

These types of tasks require you to have:

  • Organizational skills that enable you to quickly answer client’s questions, collaborate cross-departmentally, thoroughly document processes, and easily access data & campaigns.
  • Written communication featuring precise grammar, spelling, and active voice, even for email and text messaging.
  • Technology skills that enable you to quickly learn new apps and technologies.
  • Professional attitude and appearance (your clients will see you on Zoom).
  • Experience with Facebook Ad campaigns
  • Experience with lead generation and ability to understand, communicate, and strategize campaign results to clients

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience running Meta advertising campaigns
  • Experience with lead generation, paid media, or direct response environments
  • Agency experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate numbers and campaign data into actionable business insights
  • Strong organization and follow-through across multiple projects
  • Ability to manage client expectations professionally
  • Comfort working with performance metrics, funnels, and positioning
  • Experience owning a portfolio of accounts or revenue book

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM or pipeline tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Familiarity with healthcare, chiropractic, or integrative medicine space

Compensation

  • W2 role (no benefits)
  • $6000/m base during the 60-day onboarding period
  • After onboarding period: $6000/m base + Bonuses (related to retention KPIs met)

Example OTE

  • First 60 days as a PA : $6,500 (up to $6,900)/m
  • Day 60-120 as a PA: ~$7,000 (up to $7,500)/m
  • Day 120+ as a PA : $8,350 (up to $9,350)/m

This is a full-time role (9am-5pm EST Monday - Friday), with the possibility of overtime depending on the client’s needs. Your workspace will be your own home office. It must be a professional-looking workspace with no ongoing background noise and non-work interruptions or distractions. A professional-looking Zoom background is acceptable. You will need to provide your own functional laptop or desktop system. We will provide the apps you will need for this job.
