Role Description:
Client Success & Growth Manager (Remote – United States)

Inbound Media is looking for a highly organized and personable Client Success & Growth Manager to become the main point of contact for our clients and help ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

This is a full-time remote position for candidates located in the United States.

In this role, you’ll manage client communication, oversee project execution, coordinate with internal teams, and help maintain strong long-term client relationships. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve client performance and contribute ideas that help campaigns and accounts grow.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams
• Track account performance and client satisfaction
• Help identify growth opportunities within client accounts
• Assist with campaign strategy and execution
• Maintain organized systems and communication across projects

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Familiarity with digital marketing and online business
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM tools, project management software, or analytics platforms is a plus
• Experience or familiarity with Meta Ads is helpful but not required
