You'll receive hands-on training, daily mentorship, and the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of marketing, business development, and client acquisition in a fast-paced team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent AT&T Business products and services to local businesses throughout the community
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Learn how marketing campaigns generate new customer growth
• Educate prospective clients on available products, promotions, and business solutions
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
• Develop communication, presentation, and leadership skills through ongoing training
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business activity

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and are excited to learn. Previous experience isn't required—we provide comprehensive training for every new team member.

Candidates from retail, hospitality, athletics, restaurants, customer-facing roles, or recent college graduates often transition well into this position.
