We are looking for a talented Account Manager with a strong emphasis on content creation, DSLR videography and photography, and copywriting to join our hospitality-focused marketing and PR agency. This role is ideal for a highly creative and organized professional who thrives in producing compelling, high-quality content that elevates brands and engages audiences.

We have executed everything from restaurant openings to themed influencer events, staged photoshoots to drone video, TikToks to Reels and everything in between. We are a multifaceted marketing and public relations agency that gets results and has fun while doing it. City Social is based in the south, with a heart for the big city. We have worked with clients throughout South Carolina and New York City.

Responsibilities may include:

• Develop and execute visually compelling content across photography, videography, and graphics, with a focus on hospitality clients.
• Manage the complete content process: concept development, production, editing, copywriting, scheduling, and performance analysis for organic and paid social media content and campaigns.
• Manage multiple social media accounts at once including strategy and management of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook profiles
• Capture professional-quality photos and videos using DSLR equipment and drone, applying strong technical skills in lighting, composition, and editing.
• Write engaging, brand-appropriate copy for social media, web, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create cohesive, results-driven marketing and influencer campaigns.
• Apply a strong eye for design to all visual assets; proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Assist with simple web design or updates when needed.
• Manage relationships with clients through regular communication and scheduled meetings
• Write press releases, send media pitches, and grow the company’s network through media and influencer relationships
• Create company branded content for internal and external marketing campaigns
• Participate in team meetings, events, trainings, and growth opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Public Relations preferred (this is not a student based role*)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience creating content for clients or personal brand(s).
• Must be passionate about content creation and the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated expertise in photography and videography.
• Proven copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for various brands.
• Must have exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Expert level Canva skills
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and Business Suite
• Google Ads experience is a plus
• Worpress experience is a plus
• Squarespace experience is a plus
• Web design skills are an advantage.
