Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 Remote)

Location: NYC Garment District

Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (TOE: $90,000 – $110,000+)

The Opportunity

We're seeking an Account Executive who thrives on developing long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the challenge of uncovering opportunities within existing accounts, expanding service offerings, winning new business, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Success in this role means growing revenue through a combination of:

• Expanding services within existing client accounts
• Building and executing strategic account growth plans
• Identifying and closing new business opportunities

What You'll Do

Grow Existing Accounts

• Develop deep relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to expand PIMS services within existing accounts.
• Create and execute strategic account growth plans that increase revenue and client retention.
• Conduct regular business reviews and proactively recommend solutions that add value.

Win New Business

• Prospect, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Leverage networking, referrals, industry relationships, and outreach efforts to build pipeline.
• Present PIMS solutions and capabilities to prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close opportunities that drive profitable growth.

Serve as a Strategic Partner

• Become a trusted advisor who understands clients' objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Coordinate internal resources including production, fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and customer support to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.

Manage Projects & Client Communications

• Prepare proposals, quotes, presentations, and account reviews.
• Oversee order flow, project execution, and client deliverables.
• Manage customer information, opportunities, forecasting, and reporting through Salesforce.
• Collaborate across Operations, Production, Shipping, Accounting, and Leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Client Services experience.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue within existing client accounts.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
