Job Summary

Own multi-channel fundraising and client program execution, turning strategic goals into funded campaigns while guiding production and creative delivery and mentoring team members.

  • Manage multi-channel campaigns and fundraising projects from planning through execution.
  • Align production and creative with program strategy and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Mentor managers and coordinate with Account Lead to identify expansion opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • For small-mid clients, draft client annual plans with Account Lead support
  • Draft expenses for annual plans with Account Lead support
  • Interpret and present program and project results
  • Oversee client’s annual expenses
  • For small-mid clients, provide strategic oversight of client marketing fundraising projects, understanding their role in advancing overall client program strategy
  • For large clients, provide strategic oversight for a portion of client fundraising projects, understanding their role in advancing overall client program strategy
  • Oversee production management and creative process for projects
  • Draft and assist in presenting strategy decks with support from Account Lead
  • Oversee execution of year-long direct marketing schedules
  • Direct and guide copywriters and designers to ensure creative for each project is aligned with overall project and program strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum years of experience required: 7 years in nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy with at least 2 to 4 years in nonprofit planned giving fundraising and marketing
  • Proficiency working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated effective use of digital tools to manage internal and external workflow and communication (including email, chat, zoom, and online workflow tool)
  • Production knowledge
  • Multi-channel experience, particularly in digital marketing preferred
  • Donor-facing experience in Planned giving fundraising experience helpful/preferred
  • Experience with or curiosity for exploring the ethical use of AI tools and agents
