Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Lead project coordination across internal teams (creative, PR, social, events)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Support new business efforts, including proposals and presentations
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an agency or client-facing marketing role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and execution
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or franchise marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and Microsoft 365
