Responsibilities

• The Account Director leads the strategy, financial performance and long-term success of key client relationships.
• This role guides account teams, builds trust with senior clients and ensures the agency delivers work that drives real business results.
• The Account Director identifies growth opportunities and mentors team members to reach their full potential.
• Set goals and plans for each client portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients
• Manage account budgets, forecasts and financial health
• Lead and mentor account teams to keep them engaged and growing
• Work with Strategy, Creative and Media leads to deliver clear, cohesive work
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships
• Act as a senior contact for client concerns and solve issues quickly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 10+ years in client leadership with at least 2 in senior roles
• 3-5 years managing people or teams
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across disciplines; Commerce experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot and Google Workspace preferred
• Proven success leading complex accounts
• Strong leadership that inspires teams and clients
• Connects client needs to practical marketing plans
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Manages budgets and financial performance with care
