Who we are looking for:

GS&F is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Account Coordinator to join our Account Management team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll likely need the following qualifications and experience to be successful in this role:

We value experience in all its forms. While this role typically requires 1–2 years of professional experience (outside of college), we’re ultimately looking for someone with the right mindset, work ethic, and curiosity. Agency experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the account team in the day-to-day management of client relationships and projects
• Own assigned tasks from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client goals
• Manage project workflow, including timelines, approvals, and task coordination across teams
• Communicate clearly and promptly with internal teams and clients, keeping everyone informed and aligned
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet agency standards
• Assist in developing presentations, estimates, and project documentation
• Maintain organized and up-to-date account materials, including briefs, reports, and meeting notes
• Anticipate challenges, proactively problem-solve, and escalate issues when needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-first environment with a willingness to jump in wherever needed

Location:

We are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville in the near future (first 90 days of employment).
