Job Summary

Own cross-team client stewardship and project orchestration to translate needs into actionable plans, ensuring clear decisions, organized documentation, and smooth handoffs across strategy, creative, and production.

  • Client Communications: lead calls, meetings, and presentations with consultative style to drive consensus and momentum.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: act as the hub between creative, development, and marketing for structured workflows and accountability.
  • Documentation & Process: maintain briefs, timelines, and notes to keep projects meticulously organized and on track.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate client calls, status meetings, and presentations with an outgoing, persuasive, and consultative communication style.
  • Set a motivational tone and establish a high degree of optimism for both clients and internal teams.
  • Act as the central liaison between creative, development, and marketing teams, bringing people together to keep workflows predictable, structured, and efficient.
  • Identify and communicate next steps and actions items from client and internal conversations, partnering with the project manager to maintain accurate project tracking and accountability.
  • Execute with strong attention to detail to ensure project documentation (briefs, notes, timelines) is meticulous, organized, and up to date.
  • Maintain and champion methodical, systematic processes to ensure smooth handoffs across strategy, creative, and production teams.
  • Maintain steady focus in a lively environment with frequent team interactions and natural day-to-day disruptions.
  • Support proposal development and prepare detailed meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups based on provided estimates.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, project management, or relationship-focused roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to influence, persuade, and connect with people.
  • High level of organization and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate client needs into clear, actionable internal direction for creative teams.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and exposure to nonprofit clients is a plus.

Preferred

  • Experience in a marketing or creative agency environment is a plus.
  • Exposure to nonprofit clients is a plus.
