Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative narrative and voice alignment across campaigns for healthcare audiences.
• Manage teams, output, and client relationships to deliver on strategy with tight deadlines.
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates, mentor teams, and contribute to high level projects and new business pitches.
• Work with ACD, Art to produce standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences.
• Concepts, campaign execution that are in line with client strategy.
• Oversee day to day deliverables for team under tight deadlines while delivering best in class work to market.
• Participate in high level projects and new business pitches.

Requirements

• Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences
• 5-7+ years of health care/pharma experience in an agency environment
• A consistent record of creative ability and judgment
