Own the end-to-end management and optimization of a WooCommerce-powered WordPress storefront, driving traffic, conversions, and online revenue while coordinating with marketing and analytics teams on campaigns and SEO.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, update, and troubleshoot WordPress websites.
Manage website pages, landing pages, plugins, themes, forms, redirects, and basic website functionality.
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings within Woocommerce, ensuring accuracy, SEO compliance, and alignment with our brand identity.
Make sure product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory accuracy
Drive online sales growth through conversion rate optimization and merchandising strategies
Monitor and report on key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, ROAS)
Collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns, promotions, and email marketing initiatives
Optimize website user experience, navigation, and checkout flow
Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to improve product performance
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory and product availability

Requirements

3+ years of experience in website maintenance, e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail operations
Experience managing an e-commerce platform WooCommerce on WordPress website, or similar
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and performance data
Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
Understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid ads, SEO basics)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Strong experience with WordPress website setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Coding ability is required. Must be comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Basic understanding of PHP or WordPress theme/plugin structure is quired.

Preferred

Experience in facility products
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or website management tools
Experience working in multi-location retail environments
