- Leverage the photo/video library and clear brand identity to accelerate posting.

Responsibilities
- Develop a 3-month content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram/Facebook.
- Create content pillars that balance field storytelling, donor appeals, and org updates.
- Provide sample post copy/caption templates.
- Provide profile optimization recommendations.
- Develop an engagement/growth playbook.
- Collaborate closely with the IRC Africa Inc team for feedback and rapid implementation.
- Specifics can be refined with the volunteer.
