Responsibilities

• Own user acquisition strategy and execution across paid and affiliate channels
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns with a focus on mobile growth
• Manage AppsFlyer end-to-end: partner setup, tracking, attribution, and performance analysis
• Build and scale relationships with affiliates, networks, and vendors
• Turn data into action—identify what’s working, double down, and cut what’s not
• Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to improve performance

Requirements

• 5+ years in mobile user acquisition and/or affiliate marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with AppsFlyer
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and make fast, impactful decisions
• Track record of building strong vendor/partner relationships and scaling UA quickly
• Deep understanding of mobile growth (acquisition, retention, conversion)
• Performance-driven mindset—you care about results, not just activity
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
