Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define the commercial vision and go-to-market strategy for Walmart Connect's DSP portfolio, ensuring commercialization efforts are grounded in advertiser needs, market opportunity, competitive differentiation, and long-term business growth.
  • Own commercialization for Walmart Connect's DSP portfolio by packaging, positioning, and commercializing strategic partnerships, integrations, and platform capabilities to drive advertiser adoption, platform utilization, and revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Revenue, Partnerships, and Marketing to align priorities, influence roadmap decisions, and accelerate market adoption across the DSP portfolio.
  • Build scalable sales enablement, customer-facing content, and agency education that increases advertiser confidence and strengthens Walmart Connect's competitive positioning within the retail media and programmatic ecosystem.
  • Lead customer insights strategy for Walmart Connect's DSP portfolio, developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions while establishing best practices for commercialization and adoption informed by advertiser feedback and market intelligence.
  • Define success metrics and review frameworks that measure advertiser adoption, platform utilization, customer outcomes, retention, and commercial impact.
  • Drive adoption of Walmart Connect's DSP portfolio across agencies, advertisers, and programmatic buyers by developing adoption strategies informed by customer feedback and internal insights, identifying barriers, and translating those learnings into actions that accelerate market success.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product marketers, raising the bar on strategic rigor, execution quality and business impact by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, coaching and mentoring, driving performance management, operational cadence, and fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, customer focus, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 7 + years of Product Marketing experience in AdTech, Retail Media, Programmatic Advertising, SaaS, or Digital Media.
  • 3+ years of proven experience leading and developing teams, with a track record of elevating performance, coaching talent, setting high standards, and building high-accountability cultures.
  • Deep expertise in programmatic advertising ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, publishers, and agency buying workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging adoption metrics, customer insights, campaign performance, and market intelligence to inform commercialization strategies, go-to-market decisions, and product roadmap prioritization.
  • Proven success driving product adoption, commercialization, and customer utilization.
  • Ability to operate with strategic vision, strong judgement, high standards, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Strong ability to translate product capabilities into value propositions, messaging, and enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
