  • Cross‑Market Alignment: Land locally contextual, executable plans with international markets and Sam’s Club Connect.
  • Narratives for Decisions: Produce executive-ready narratives and decks that drive leadership decisions and milestones.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and operationalize the AOP planning process — cadence, working team, market alignment, and planning toolkit — that translates LRP strategy into actionable annual plans.
  • Establish, cascade, and document the annual OKR framework across the team and markets to align goals from leadership through execution.
  • Lead the creation of planning artifacts — LRP / AOP / OKR narratives, executive decks, and papers — that align leadership and drive decision-making.
  • Partner directly with international markets and Sam’s Club Connect to land aligned, executable plans that account for local context.
  • Define and run planning governance — decision rights, milestones, and the planning operating rhythm

Requirements

  • A strategic planning leader with 6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business planning roles, ideally within tech, retail media, or platform contexts.
  • Strong process design and operational discipline — proven ability to stand up repeatable planning rhythms that scale.
  • Exceptional written communication, with a track record of producing executive-ready narratives, decks, and papers that drive decisions.
  • A skilled cross-functional facilitator who navigates complex stakeholder landscapes — markets, Finance, Insights & Analysis, and Enablement.
  • Strong project and program management skills;
  • A builder mindset — eager to stand up planning capabilities from zero-to-one, not just maintain what exists.
