Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize performance-driven creative for paid media, social, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Design UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and blog experiences, with a focus on clarity, usability, and conversion.
  • Provide art direction and visual leadership across campaigns to ensure creative quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Create and support video and motion assets for paid and social media, collaborating with motion or production partners as needed.
  • Optimize creative across channels while maintaining brand standards and design systems.
  • Ability to build/update polished PowerPoint presentations for internal and external strategy, planning, and executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, performance, growth, and demand-generation teams to align creative with campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
  • Stay current on UI/UX, performance marketing, motion, and creative best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience designing for paid media, social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), and email marketing.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Experience designing websites, landing pages, and blog layouts with a conversion-focused mindset.
  • Strong understanding of usability, engagement, and performance metrics
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in motion design or video production (e.g., After Effects, short-form video) is a plus.
