Requirements

• Experience creating engaging short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Strong on-camera presence and the ability to convey brand messages naturally.
• Ability to self-shoot and edit high-quality videos using professional or smartphone cameras.
• Familiarity with current trends, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices.
• Strong understanding of brand marketing and what makes content convert.
• Access to your own equipment (camera, lighting, editing software, etc.).
• A portfolio or examples of previous work are required.
