Own end-to-end video ad production on set or remote talent to deliver on the vision.
1–2 years Direct Response Marketing or Copywriting experience with data-driven ad analysis.
Experience in fast-paced agency environments and strong independent collaboration signals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and work with your content team consisting of: copywriter, talent manager, editing director, and editors.
Analyze current industry trends across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
Generate creative + direct response designed angles, ideas & concepts for client’s video ads
Creating & maintaining the vision of the client’s project throughout the entire process
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
Taking the client’s visual branding & brand tone and maintaining consistency & alignment
Create high performing video ads on set with talent (or managing remote talent to produce according to the vision)
Analyze the performance data of the video ads inside of the ads manager on Facebook, TikTok or Google.

Requirements

1-2 years Direct Response Marketing or Copywriting experience
1-2 years experience with data analysis for Facebook or TikTok Ads
UGC content creation experience on TikTok or other social media platforms
Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, agency environment.
Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent verbal communication skills required.
STRONG passion for marketing is required.
An enthusiastic team player who is also able to work independently with minimal direction
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized with an acute attention to detail
