Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own development of comprehensive regional/local integrated media strategies aligned to client goals.
  • Lead cross-channel media planning with audience analysis, spend optimization, and KPI tracking.
  • Translate cultural trends, marketplace shifts, and emerging technologies into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
  • Serve as day-to-day senior contact for LDA Account leads, cross-agency partners, and key clients, ensuring strategic alignment, clarity of deliverables, and proactive communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners to stay abreast of trends, changes in the marketplace, and first-to-market opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Ensure KPIs and success metrics are defined and tracked.
  • Support financial stewardship, including billing alignment and reconciliation in partnership with finance teams.
  • Ensure flawless execution across planning, investment, trafficking, QA, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7–9 years of media planning experience within an agency environment, with proven leadership of cross-channel initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing media campaigns and delivering results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and software
  • Travel: This role requires frequent travel (45%+) for client meetings and team collaboration.
