Job Summary

Own the go-to-market for Bloomreach’s technical partnerships and end-to-end product-launch storytelling, aligning product capabilities with customer value for developers, architects, and IT leaders.

  • Partnership GTM: craft joint positioning, enable co-sell assets, and support marketplace listings with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Product Launch PMM: define milestones, enable sales, translate tech details into clear customer messaging, and measure post-launch outcomes.
  • Platform narrative: develop API/agentic platform materials that connect architecture to business value while exploring MCP frameworks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market motion for Bloomreach's technical partnerships with AWS, GCP, Snowflake; develop joint positioning, support marketplace listings, coordinate co-marketing, and enable co-sell assets; serve as day-to-day PMM contact for partnership programs
  • Own go-to-market execution for technical product launches end-to-end; build compelling stories, tiering, milestones, internal comms, sales enablement, and post-launch evaluation; collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate technical details into customer messaging; define success metrics and deliver post-mortems
  • Contribute to API and agentic platform narrative; build materials for technical buyers (developers, architects, IT leaders); connect technical capabilities to customer value; understand or explore agentic AI architectures and MCP frameworks
  • Build materials to help sales and internal teams discuss Bloomreach's platform credibly and compellingly (talk tracks, discovery guides, one-pagers, technical integration briefs); collaborate with Enablement to develop training content and monitor field impact
  • Partner with Product, Partnerships, Sales, CS, and Marketing to execute launches and GTM programs; maintain a light project-health cadence to track owners, risks, and dependencies; proactively unblock blockers
  • Take on other job-related tasks in support of PMM and business objectives; participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, or closely related field, ideally SaaS or AI company
  • Or equivalent experience in a technical role (engineering, product management, solutions architecture) with strong desire to move into marketing
  • Experience working with technology partners to jointly build and launch products, features and go-to-market motions
  • API/MCP fluent: understanding agentic architectures and how technical platforms deliver customer and partner value; comfortable reading docs and talking to engineers
  • Strong writing skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical buyers
  • Collaborative and proactive in cross-functional environments; ownership mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, marketing, business, or a technical field preferred

  • Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or other agentic AI tools in Marketing workflows
