Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential brand partners aligned with current and upcoming initiatives
- Support outreach efforts, including building contact lists and drafting initial communications
- Assist in developing partnership concepts, including collaboration ideas, event formats, and brand storytelling angles
- Help coordinate logistics for events, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Create decks and materials for partnership pitches and proposals
- Track ongoing conversations, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Be on-site support at events when needed
Requirements
- Strong interest in brand partnerships, marketing, events, and collaborations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Creative thinker with an understanding of brand positioning and aesthetics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus
