Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be a champion of the voice of the Mid Market with a thorough understanding of our highest value customers who are outgrowing the QuickBooks small business solutions.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound product marketing programs, with the ability to use storytelling, customer insights, data and business acumen to lead initiatives at any phase of the product life cycle (from idea to maturity) and execute a GTM plan that can drive impact and influence.
  • Leverage consumer (qual and quant), competitive, and industry insights plus new technological capabilities to uncover opportunities that can help further differentiate our suite of product offerings.
  • Pull from a strong creative skillset to turn deep customer insights into winning positioning, value proposition and messaging that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among mid-market and enterprise audiences.
  • Create high-impact launch materials and enablement content, including value frameworks, competitive positioning, and sales playbooks.
  • Own cross-functional launch planning — aligning Product, Sales, Marcomms, and Growth teams on strategy, readiness, and execution.
  • Lead cross-channel orchestration, ensuring campaigns, events, and content reinforce a consistent narrative.
  • Track performance and insights to inform future programs and continuously improve how we go to market.
