Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Market Trends: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities. Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights.
  • GTM Strategy Development: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine our GTM strategic approach across multiple segments and channels. Identify target market segments, define value propositions, and create go-to-market plans for new products or services.
  • Annual Planning: Lead the development and execution of annual planning processes, including budget, headcount planning and target setting. Collaborate with Sales leadership and Finance teams to establish revenue targets, expense budgets, and resource allocation plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to support annual sales objectives, such as market expansion, pricing strategies, and sales enablement programs. Develop comprehensive plans with clear milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization, including Sales and Product Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to gain alignment and support for the annual Revenue plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in GTM strategy and planning or Revenue Operations in the technology industry
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Analytics; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to develop and manage sales and financial models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels (including senior leadership) to gain buy-in for strategic initiatives
