Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage end-to-end GTM strategy for an entire product area, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, and customer adoption.
  • Fuel Product Adoption: Design and run marketing programs focused on driving the adoption and usage of recently launched products within our customer base.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Engage regularly with customers through beta programs, feedback sessions, and events to build advocacy and gather insights.
  • Empower Our Sales Team: Create and deliver high-impact sales enablement materials, including training, battlecards, competitor insights, and core messaging to help our sales team win.
  • Create & Shape Content: Collaborate with marketing, comms, and video teams to create and vet compelling, customer-facing content that communicates our product value.
  • Drive creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with internal and external audiences. Partner with growth and demand generation teams to execute and measure results.
  • Measure What Matters: Analyze performance dashboards to measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics, reporting on progress to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in core product marketing, or Management Consulting experience with a focus on enterprise sales and go to market.
  • Demonstrate a mission-critical, commercial mindset with deep empathy for B2B sales channels and experience helping them win deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’re comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences (large and small) and are an expert at creating and editing everything from pithy emails to detailed launch plans to training materials and more.
  • Excel at customer-centric storytelling, translating technical features into clear value, and eagerly engaging directly with customers.
  • Act as a proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership to drive complex problems to a solution.
  • Strong cross-functional leader – you have on-the-job experience managing and communicating complex projects with many stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • High sense of urgency and ambitious work ethic to drive business outcomes.
  • Analytical chops to understand customer data and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
