Job Summary

Own go-to-market launches and the narrative engine for Chainguard Repository, turning security insights and maintainer behavior into differentiated storytelling and sales enablement.

  • Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional GTM launches and maintain product positioning and core content that distills complex security tech for buyers.
  • Content & Enablement: Build technical content across formats and serve as the trusted SME for sales with competitive overviews and objection handling.
  • Growth & Partnerships: Drive demand-ready content and campaigns that leverage malware/greyware analysis and collaborate with product, security, and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing launches of new capabilities, features, and integrations for Chainguard Repository, ensuring successful cross-functional rollout across GTM.
  • Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, presentations, and core content that articulate Chainguard Repository’s unique value.
  • Drive growth initiatives with content and cross-functional plans that leverage Chainguard's malware and greyware scanning and maintainer-behavior analysis capabilities.
  • Build consumable product and technical content across video, digital, and written formats.
  • Collaborate with product security teams on malware and greyware analysis, translating findings into credible, differentiated narratives.
  • Create enablement content and serve as a subject matter expert for sales and sales engineering teams, ensuring the field has the tools and knowledge to succeed; own competitive overviews and objection handling for your products.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and corporate marketing teams to develop campaigns, create necessary content, and present at events.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering on product strategy, and contribute state-of-the-business and roadmap updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally with familiarity in open source software, enterprise security, and technical products.
  • Ability to manage product launches and go-to-market strategies effectively.
  • Comfort with technical content and the ability to build technical materials, plus the agility to turn breaking security events into clear, timely narratives.
  • Proven success in cross-functional, highly collaborative roles.
  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment, balancing both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
