Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to development and execution of promotional marketing tactics to support disease state education and Dupixent education in CSU. This role will help drive promotional execution of tactics for the dermatology CSU indication across both dermatology and coordination with allergy team.
  • Work with the Sr. Director of NDI to develop unbranded messaging and tools along with branded customer messaging content and tools
  • Execute review process of all the assets (DSE and branded) and impact, ensuring a robust KPI.
  • Co-lead brand planning development and execution, including coordination with digital omni channel approach to strategy and execution.
  • Contribute to the development, creation, and implementation of unbranded and branded promotional materials, digital and print.
  • Contribute to POA planning and field team pull-through
  • Mange the relationships with Agency partners to ensure successful development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics on time, within allocated budget.
  • Effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Participate in several brand critical initiatives such as but not limited to, brand planning, competitive planning, budget management, market research, and message & creative evolution.
  • Champion material through Joint Review Committee (JRC).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in product/brand management in the US pharmaceutical, medical devices or biopharmaceutical industries.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment.
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives.
  • Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with the regulatory review/approval process.
  • Ability to interact widely and effectively both within the company and with cross-functional partners (i.e., on an interdepartmental and interdisciplinary basis).

Preferred

  • Strong project management and demonstrated analytical skills
  • Passionate, confident, articulate, and comfortable in a team environment.
  • US pharmaceutical marketing or sales experience preferred
  • Experience with specialty products
