Job Summary

Drive enterprise ABM campaigns for Genius products focused on QSR and hospitality, aligning marketing with sales to grow pipeline and win rates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the campaign strategy and execution for selling Genius prospect QSR, Foodservice Management, and Stadium & Events audiences, as well as the Global Payments payments-only back book.
  • Partner closely with enterprise sales, account executives, and business unit leadership to define target accounts, buying groups, and engagement strategies
  • Work closely with Genius product teams to develop content to translate Genius product capabilities into QSR and account-specific value propositions and narratives
  • Develop personalized, multi-channel account-based experience programs and content across digital, events, and sales enablement
  • Align with product marketing to ensure consistent messaging and differentiated positioning
  • Establish KPIs and attribution models tied to pipeline creation, deal velocity, win rates, and expansion
  • Work with other Genius campaign managers and Marketing Operations to continuously optimize marketing campaigns using performance data, insights, and sales feedback
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for Genius content across marketing and sales teams

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience driving marketing campaigns and programs for enterprise or mid-market technology solutions
  • Strong track record of sales alignment to achieve revenue targets
  • Experience working with complex buying committees and long sales cycles
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing impact on revenue and pipeline
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in payments, technology, fintech, SaaS, or vertical-specific solutions (QSR or hospitality preferred)
