Job Summary

Own the end-to-end trade marketing engine, translating portfolio priorities into retailer-ready assets, coordinating cross-category programs, and driving data-informed execution to improve ROI.

  • Trade program orchestration: plan, align, and execute promotions, POS materials, planograms, merchandising tools, and retailer-specific executions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Brand, RGM, Sales, Finance, and Insights to support promotional strategy focused on consumer relevance and ROI.
  • Operational rigor: manage timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking, maintain the promotional calendar, and feed learnings into post-promotion libraries.

Job Description

Lead the end-to-end trade marketing engine by translating portfolio priorities into retailer-ready assets and coordinating cross-category programs to drive ROI.

  • Trade program orchestration: plan, align, and execute promotions, POS materials, planograms, merchandising tools, and retailer-specific executions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Brand, RGM, Sales, Finance, and Insights to support promotional strategy development focused on consumer relevance and ROI.
  • Operational rigor: manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and the promotional calendar to ensure flawless in-market execution.
  • Feedback loops: ensure Sales and Marketing alignment to improve feasibility, clarity, and retail alignment.
  • Materials and analytics: prepare materials, data inputs, and program summaries for planning cycles, QBRs, and activation calendars.
  • Performance tracking: monitor shipment, depletions, loyalty, syndicated data, and retailer performance sources to inform improvements.
  • Post-promotion learning: contribute to post-promotion libraries and KPI scorecards for promotional efficiency and allocation strategies.
  • Trade operations: day-to-day management and process improvements to elevate execution quality and cycle times.
  • Stakeholder leadership: provide direction to coordinators and cross-functional partners to deliver projects and uphold accountability.
  • Retail insights: collect, summarize, and circulate competitive observations and field learnings to inform program design.
