Job Summary

Own a multi-year scaling portfolio for Live Mas Café with a focus on international expansion, a unified beverage-innovation calendar, and franchise partnerships, while delivering a consumer-led café experience through cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic ownership: 3-5 year growth plan, international expansion, and franchise relationships.
  • Operations playbook: unified calendar and remodel playbook to reduce downtime and scale efficiently.
  • Cross-functional leadership: run key teams (Insights, Ops, Food Innovation, Finance, Architecture & Development, Analytics) to deliver a compelling consumer experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning & execution of the 3-5 year commercial scaling plans for Live Mas Café.
  • Build a framework to integrate all beverage innovation (national + Live Mas Café) into one calendar and lead teams for strategic planning & execution of calendar.
  • Manage the international expansion and model of Live Mas Café globally, serving as the strategy lead while partnering with local business units and local international team.
  • Manage non-traditional Live Mas Café openings and formats in the US, leveraging scalable solutions where available and creating new ways executing as needed.
  • Build, align, manage and deploy a Live Mas Café operations playbook that the organization can leverage to drive efficiencies with scale.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key franchisee partners who have invested in the Live Mas Café concept.
  • Partner with Live Mas Café brand & product marketing teams to build and execute a remodel playbook, mitigating impact from remodel downtime and launching new cafes with success.
  • Lead key cross-functional teams to deliver a consumer led experience at Live Mas Café – some teams include: Consumer Insights, Operations, Food Innovation Team, Finance, Architecture & Development, Insights & Analytics, and more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience including 3 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and/or Strategic Planning roles (CPG or QSR preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in a management/leadership role
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities
  • Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Strong influence and collaboration skills are a must to navigate a highly matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and planning skills
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and a strong drive for results

Preferred

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in multi-channel retail industry and / or franchised business is a plus
