Job Description
Responsibilities
- Representing Cleanstart Energy at retail locations, community events, and residential neighborhoods across Northern and Central NJ
- Starting conversations with homeowners about energy savings opportunities
- Scheduling free in-home energy consultations (no selling required)
- Working a consistent 40-hour week with some scheduling flexibility
- Building genuine community relationships that reflect Cleanstart's reputation
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles is required
- A natural communicator who is comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Reliable and self-motivated. You show up, stay consistent, and follow through
- 40 hours per week availability
Preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
